View user profile, employee, and job-specific data.
About the Users Report
The purpose of this report is to understand users and job-specific data that can be used to identify training needs. Simply export the User Report, and you can view the data in Excel.
Some examples of reports that are included in the User Report:
- User Start Date, End Date, Last Log In Date: Use this to determine a user's employment period and if they have accessed the WorkForge platform recently.
- List of Managers' Direct Reports: Determine a Manager’s direct reports and the last time they logged into the WorkForge platform.
- Job Titles and Usernames: List all usernames and their associated job title.
- Username No Activity: List the usernames that have NOT accessed the WorkForge platform
