Direct Reports

For any Direct Reports, you can see the overall team progress on compliance:

Indirect Reports

When the Manager has other Managers reporting to them, these tiles are displayed:

Compliant vs. Non-Compliant Definition

  • Compliant = learner has completed a course within the due date and/or defined grace period.
  • Non-Compliant = learner has not completed a course at all, or has exceeded the grace period and is overdue to complete the course again.

Drill-Through Functionality

Allows managers to move from the overview to granular details for more detailed insights.

Examples of When to Use the Manager’s Dashboard:

1. Identify employees lacking critical safety training.
  • Look at the Non-Compliant or Overdue status in either the Direct Reports or Indirect Reports. Use the drill-through functionality to display username and/or course details. Reassign required courses to lacking users.
2. Monitor compliance before an external audit.
  • Before a regulatory safety audit or internal QA inspection, you can quickly check your team’s overall compliance percentages to ensure your team is in good shape.
3. Track onboarding progress for new hires.
  • Track how new hires are progressing through mandatory onboarding by filtering for the Current and Due status types for the new employees in the drill-through section.
4. Proactive management of upcoming certification renewals
  • Certain roles might require specific certifications that expire periodically. You could use this dashboard to monitor the Due status type for courses across your team and identify employees whose critical courses are approaching their renewal date.
