🆕 New Content

ICE Raids & Workplace Visits (2 Modules, EN/ES, Health & Safety Pathway)
The new addition of ICE Raids or Visits in the Workplace includes two new modules designed to equip a food production facility’s team with the knowledge and tools to respond correctly to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raid or visit. This program is divided into two levels: foundational training for all general employees and advanced training for supervisors and managers. These courses empower participants to understand their rights and responsibilities, maintain a safe work environment, and ensure the facility's compliance during an enforcement action. 

Subject Matter Expert (SME): The ICE module content was created by WorkForge in consultation with subject matter experts specializing in labor and immigration law, ensuring alignment with current policies, and incorporation of recognized best practices.

Ammonia Safety (8 modules, EN/ES, Health & Safety Pathway)
Ammonia Safety content will help clients prepare for safe handling of anhydrous ammonia, emphasizing proper techniques and procedures to mitigate risks. This training provides a detailed overview of the required PPE for handling ammonia. Additionally, it provides in-depth training on emergency response to ammonia spills, including developing emergency action plans, responding to incidents, and administering first aid. This training also addresses compliance with the OSHA Process Management (PSM) standard for anhydrous ammonia, offering insights into maintaining safety protocols and regulatory adherence in high-risk environments.
