Forgot Username/Password

Resetting Your Username/Password

1. On the Login page, click the link labeled I've forgotten my username/password.
2. Input your username.
3. Click the Continue button. The screen changes to the password reset email message.
4. Click the link labeled Take me back to the login page. You are returned to the Login page.
5. Check your email for the password reset email.
6. Open the password reset email and then click the login link.
7. Set your password.
8. Click the Continue button. You're done!
